Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of consumable products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
